Vision and Mission of Languages and Literature Faculty

Vision The vision of this faculty which has been approved in the (24/12/1393) (24) protocol in the academic affairs council clarifies that the SZU languages and literature faculty is determined to take their part in developing new, qualitative, and standard text books. In addition, this faculty is looking forward to have academic related treaties and agreement in both national and international level with many different universities in that of national and international languages and literature. Additionally, this faculty is committed to be part of every angle in community development where our role is needed. Mission The Faculty of Languages and Literature is committed to train expertise in that of Pashto, Dari, English, Arabic and Urdu languages and literature who should not only be the expertise of languages and literature, but will also be the role models of Afghan regional and national customs, traditions and culture. We engage students in educational, research, and creative endeavors that empower our graduates to have fulfilling careers and meaningful lives enriched by lifelong learning and service. Values 1.
